WHO WE ARE

At Shout Out Services (SOS) we bring extensive talent acquisition experience gained in multiple industry sectors and around the world. We add to that a deep understanding of the employee engagement process; we know how to measure it and manage it.

What makes us truly unique is our mission to fill the hole left by US legislation when team members fall ill, or otherwise hit hard times. Three months on FMLA with no pay can cause a family to lose their home, affect their health or suffer other dire consequences. And it can severely disrupt team engagement.  So, when you have an employee in need send out an SOS to us and one of our Angel Recruiters will help;  we donate half of our normal fee on one or more hires to a GoFundMe (or other charitable vehicle) set up for the person in need. No one else does this but the difference it can make to an employee in need, and to their team’s engagement, is huge. Please see Solutions for more details.
